Cancellation/No-Show Policy

“No Show” describes any appointment that is missed.

“Cancellation” describes an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. “Late” describes a client who arrives 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment start time.

Policy

Due to an increasing number of “no shows” and same day cancellations, combined with a very high demand for services, there will be a charge for missed appointments and cancellations.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations via telephone, in person or by email. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you are required to pre-pay the exam fee to secure a new appointment slot. This credit will be used for the exam fee of your next appointment.

If you fail to show up for your rescheduled appointment, you forfeit your credit and it will be applied as a “no show” fee.
